CHICLAYO, Trujillo & Cusco 06 days – 05 nights

Arrival to the city of Chiclayo, “Capital of Friendship”, pick up from the airport or bus terminal and start your fascinating tour.
Today we will visit the magnificent adobe platform of Huaca Rajada (Attention: Every day from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm), where the tomb of the most powerful man of ancient Peru, the Lord of Sipan, was discovered. In its on-site museum you can admire fabulous articles of gold and precious stones, belonging to the ancient Moche civilization. We continue to the Pyramids of Tucume (Attention Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm), an imposing complex of 26 pyramids of the Lambayeque or Sicán culture. Finally we will visit the Royal Tombs of Sipan Museum (Open Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm), considered one of the most spectacular in America, which houses the most important Mochica archaeological remains and displays the ornaments and jewelry found in the tomb of the Lord of Sipan.
In a bus ride for approximately 4 hours, we will travel to the city of the Eternal Spring, Trujillo.

We will start our tour to the Moche Valley to visit the Huacas del Sol y la Luna (Attention from Tuesday to Sunday from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm), impressive archaeological complex that shows the incredible organization of the Mochica Culture, complemented with a visit to the Huacas de Moche Museum that shows us a wide information of the culture. We visit the Site Museum & Chan Chan (Attention from Wednesday to Sunday from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm), continuing to Huanchaco, ancestral fishing cove where you will appreciate the boats called “Caballitos de Totora” with which the ancient tradition of artisanal fishing is maintained. We finish with a visit to the largest mud city in the world, Chan Chan, cultural heritage of humanity. Tour through its ceremonial squares, shrines, reservoirs, among others.

At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to board your flight to the Imperial city of Cusco.
Upon your arrival and transfer to your hotel.

A tour to enjoy the magic and atmosphere of historical places, through narrow streets, between balconies and finely worked cornices will arrive at the Plaza de Armas to enter the main church of Cusco, “La Catedral” where we will appreciate the artists’ impressive work of the time. We continue to the Koricancha on whose bases the Convent of Santo Domingo was built. Later we will go to the Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuaman, the most impressive architectural show in America, we will visit the underground temple of Kenko where the Inkas performed important ceremonies and rituals, very close we found Tambomachay the temple dedicated to water, famous spiritual purification site of the ancient , Return to your hotel.

We will wake up at 4:00 a.m. to go to the great and longed for citadel of Machupicchu, which we will reach after 2 hours walking through impressive roads that will allow us to understand how the Inkas moved around in the Inkaiko empire. When we arrive to the millenary citadel of Machupicchu we will be able to enjoy a fabulous guided tour; also, we will have time to enjoy this wonderful citadel and immortalize it through photography. Around 10:00 a.m. we return walking to Aguas Calientes to take a short break and then continue towards Hidroeléctrica where our transportation awaits us to return to the city of Cusco.
